Mikhail Bulanov is one of Tranio's founders. In 2010, he established the company together with George Kachmazov.
He is engaged in Tranio's investment projects jointly with the general partner of the company, George Kachmazov. To date, Tranio has invested 100 million US dollars in projects in Germany, Greece, and UAE.
My expertise primarily lies in knowing how to invest money in construction projects in a way that is beneficial for my clients, while also providing them with risk hedging and a return on their investment within a reasonable timeframe. Biography
Mikhail Bulanov was born in Moscow on 4 January 1990.
He graduated with a degree in Bank Information Technology from Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2010.
From April 2007 to May 2010, Mikhail worked at Optimism.ru, where he rose through the ranks from an optimisation expert to the Head of the Business Process Optimisation Department. He also managed the company’s Contextual Advertising Department.
In 2010, he co-founded Tranio with George Kachmazov and became the company’s Executive Director.
Since the company's inception, Mikhail has been responsible for Tranio's back-office, which encompasses the development, marketing, and financial departments. He created a distributed development team, comprising designers, developers, and project managers.
Mikhail has led the development of Tranio's CRM system, which is one of the company's strongest assets.
He built the financial accounting structure of Tranio and created the legal framework for Tranio's entities in 5 jurisdictions.
Mikhail founded local Tranio offices in Cyprus, Turkey, Thailand, and Dubai. He was involved in the relocation of Tranio's employees to these countries and the hiring of local experts on site. He was also responsible for building and training teams.
Since 2020, he has been in charge of the editorial and marketing departments. Under Mikhail's guidance, Tranio’s website regularly features among the top cited real estate resources according to the Medialogia ranking. Statements from Tranio staff appear in leading media outlets worldwide, including Bloomberg, Forbes, and Reuters.
Since 2022, Mikhail has been managing the entire brokerage business of Tranio.
By 2023, thanks to Mikhail's expertise, Tranio's team overseas offers a wide range of services for their clients in numerous locations, the list of which continues to expand. Over the past 13 years, the company has come a long way from a consultant, guiding clients toward third parties who could help answer their questions abroad, to a team that handles all tasks on behalf of clients locally.
Mikhail regularly makes public appearances and presents expert reports on the topic of investments at various events and conferences.
