George Kachmazov

Founder and managing partner of Tranio

George Kachmazov was born in Moscow on 5 March 1985.

In 2006 he received a law degree from Kutafin Moscow State Law University.

From 2007 to 2010, George was the Executive Director of Optimism.ru, a company specialising in online and digital marketing.

In 2010, George founded and became the Managing Partner of Tranio. Since, he’s been responsible for the operational and strategic management of the company.

Under George’s leadership, Tranio has closed more than 2000 deals totalling €500M in value.Today the company has a network of 800 partners worldwide and a catalogue with over 100,000 listings in 70 countries.

In 2016, Tranio closed its first development deal in Barcelona. And in 2017, the company launched development projects in Germany, Greece, Spain, and the UK. The total cost of these projects today is estimated at over €150M.

George is a real estate and investment expert, as well as a keynote speaker at many national and international property conferences and events. He regularly contributes to print and online media with insight on real estate trends and advice for first-time investors. His articles and comments have been featured by some of the most renowned and influential platforms like: Bloomberg, Forbes, The Times, RBC, Kommersant and many others.

His personal interests are: sports (Ironman double finisher), projects in the field of education and young talent development.
