middle level: swimming pool with Roman entrance 12x5, covered terrace with dining table and summer kitchen with barbecue set, relaxation area with sun loungers and a summer bed under a canopy, separate guest apartment (for an extra fee) with two beds, shower;

Location and nearby infrastructure

The villa is located in an elite urbanization on a hill opposite a small beautiful bay, framed by rocks and pine trees, which are the symbol of Costa Brava. To the rocky bay you can go down from the villa, to the equipped beach 10 minutes walk (the path runs down the stairs along the rocky shore with stunning views of the sea). On the way down to the beach there are tennis courts, a small port (diving, yacht and boat rental), restaurants and a children's playground. A food store and an elegant restaurant El Trull are within walking distance (10 minutes). Within 10–15 minutes by car there are the Water World Aqua Park, children's Gnomo Park and the Marineland Dolphinarium.
