The property is located in San Carlos de Bariloche, Province of Rio Negro, on the shores of Lake Moreno, on the route known as “Circuito Chico”.

It is made totally of wood and is made up of an ample kitchen, living room, dinning room, 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Fully restored to new appearance, maintaining the original materials and design.
Deposit and Workshop:
Two historic buildings of the beginnings of the 20th century fully built of wood. They have been restored and conserved in their original style.
There are no limitations for the use and destiny of this property. Given its surface it can be used as a private residence (as used currently) or any tourist or hotel and resort.
The land can be united, presently there are 3 lots, or can be separated in a different arrangement.
