Situated at the foot of Champaquí Hill, and 22 miles from the international airport of Villa del Conlara, this historical country house was built in the late eighteen hundreds with 3.9 ft wide walls.
It was renovated completely ten years ago. The 6458 sq ft main house features four en suite rooms with chimneys, two spacious entrance halls, dining room, study, Direct TV and central heating. The estate comprises 25 acres of land, two of which have old age trees that surround the house and the swimming pool.
