This incredible building was originally built in 1954 in the traditional ‘Pinzgauer’style that is unique to the Zell am See Kaprun region.
In 2006 the building was lovingly converted into apartments that now offer buyers the chance to own a rental property or holiday home in this exciting and popular region of Austria.
Should you wish to, these apartments can be rented out via the on-site management company and, due to the popularity of Kaprun during the summer as well as the winter, will provide an excellent income.
Varients of apartments
The apartments come with 2–4 bedrooms, good quality furniture and parking. All the apartments have either a balcony or garden and incredible views of the Kitzsteinhorn glacier.
The residence is ideally situated just 5 minutes walk from the center of Kaprun when you will find a lively selection of bars, restaurants and shopping.
The ski bus stops just outside the residence from which you can reach the glacier skiing on the Kitzsteinhorn or the long, family-friendly pistes of the Schmitten in Zell am See in a matter of minutes. The ski lifts on the Maiskogel mountain in Kapurn can be reached on foot and provides for some excellent family entertainment – particular for those with young kids.
The skiing in Kaprun is highly rated and offers some of the highest skiing in the whole of Austria at over 3,000m.
Due to it’s high altitude, the ski season is one of the longest in Austria – usually only pausing for breath during the peak summer months of July and August. Indeed, this is where the Austrian ski team come to train during the summer.
Due for completion in Autumn 2015, construction is now underway of the Gleitzerjet 3 + 4 gondolas that are going to provide even quicker access up to the high, wide pistes of this terrific ski area.
