The high-quality chalet is surrounded by the idyllic nature of the national park. The chalet village will consist of 61 chalet (with an area of 100, 130 or 150 m²) surrounded by forests and farms.
The new complex will have its own “village center” of 35,000 qm as well as a unique and well thought-out infrastructure such as romantic chapel, the traditional village fountain, reception, restaurant, cafe and bar, deli and gift shop, gaming and entertainment room for the children, sports shop and much more.
The all-inclusive service includes room service, cleaning, fresh bed linen and towels, all cleaning products, wood for the fireplace and a snow removal service.

This type of chalet has three floors, open plan living area, three to five cozy bedrooms, and a sauna with a relaxation room, which can be used as an additional sleeping room, ski-room, and a lockable storage for the owner.
Each chalet comes with own garden and offers a convenient parking with two open garage spaces.
You can enjoy incredible views from your panorama window or while relaxing on the spacious terrace.
The chalets are also available in two different styles:
- The kitchen and living area on the ground floor and the bedrooms upstairs.
- Bedrooms on the ground floor and the living area and kitchen upstairs amongst the exposed wooden beams.

The Wildkogel Arena, is a pleasant and peaceful winter sports area. The wide slopes make the region suitable for the beginner. The slopes are extremely suited to learning required skiing techniques. The area is suitable for skiing, snowboarding and also has a lit tobogganing track, the longest in Europe.
The region has more than 62 km of slopes, most of which have snow machines. Deep-snow routes are available for the advanced skier.
