The house is located in the commune of Kaprun — one of the centers of tourism in the region Zell am See — Kaprun, which is known for its ski slopes. All year round for tourists is available the Kitzsteinhorn ski station (3203 meters). In winter you can also visit the Maiskogel and the Schmittenhöhe ski resorts.
In the warmer months the picturesque landscapes of the region dispose to campaigns and cycling tours. Swimming is available in the SPA-center ”Tauern-Spa-World“ or in the Zeller lake.
The nearest railway station is in Zell am See (8 km), the airports — in Salzburg (92 km), Innsbruck (140 km) and Munich (217 km).
