For the construction of the new facility was organised a competition with a jury of UNESCO, which was attended by 46 renowned European architectural bureaus.
The facades of buildings are now an architectural masterpiece: an openwork pattern laser cuts bronze panels. Depending on the requirements (walls, roof area, window area, balcony or loggia) facade can be closed, translucent, transparent or open.
