A three-room apartment in a modern residential park in the north of Graz.
The residential park will consist of 7 buildings. For the names of them ”wine“ theme was chosen. Two buildings, Barrique and Chardonnay, with 49 apartments were built in November 2014. In 2015 the second construction stage was began, which includes two more residential buildings (Tramine and Silberberg) for 68 apartments from 22 м² to 250 м². Each apartment has a balcony or a large terrace with a private garden.
Each apartment has a special emphasis on the amount of daylight and the views from the windows, on the comfort bathrooms and high-quality elements of furnish.
As the residential park is located close to the railway, particular attention was paid to the sound insulation. Designers have planned and built the building near the railway in such a way that all the apartment windows overlook the courtyard.
The designers of a residential park have taken care about the future. For owners of electric bikes and electric vehicles there is for example a special refueling facility.
The apartment comprises an entrance hall, a bathroom, a separate toilet, two bedrooms and living room (31,03 м²), which is combined with a kitchen and a dining area. The living room has an access to a spacious terrace of 15,33 м².

It's possible to obtain a mortgage loan in the Austrian bank. The loan conditions are various depending on individual terms of the deal, a purchased object and documents submitted by a buyer's side.
General terms for persons who are not citizens of the European Union: 50% or more equity capital, a period of 10–15–20 years, an interest rate from 2.2% to 3.5% per annum.
The purpose of the project is the creation of the modern village within the city boundaries. The residential complex has a medical office, a bakery and a cafe. In one of the buildings is a supermarket BILLA. Kindergartens and schools are located within walking distance. In addition, in Göstling there is the Higher Technical School.
The district offers numerous opportunities for recreation and walks in the nature. There is the Göstling palace with the surrounding park, the old church Kalvarienbergkirche, the Plabutscher Schlössel palace, the Cafe La Vita, Arnold Schwarzenegger Museum, a golf course and several mountain bike tracks. In the winter season you can enjoy skiing with the ski runs of the neighborhood. Well-developed are transport links to the Eggenberg district and its sports- and SPA-pools Auster Spor.
Location and nearby objects
The residential park is located in the center of Göstling, a 10-minute drive to the center of Graz.
The Göstling district is the 13th district of Graz. It lies in the north-west from the center of the city, between the river Mur and the Plabutsch mountain, where the old castle is located. The area is a green oasis on the edge of the city. At the heart of it there is an ”old town“ with many historic villas and little picturesque palaces.
The plot on which the project is built, has a very sunny location. Even in winter there is enough sunlight. Not far from the residential park are favorite destinations of citizens, which are surrounded by greenery: the Thalersee lake and the park, where you can do sports or just spend time with your family.
The city of Graz has recognized the value of this district and plans to build a tram line, one of the stops of which will be situated directly in front of buildings. That means, that to get to the city center will be even faster and easier.
