The hotel located in southern Austria, about 1.5 hours drive from Vienna international airport and 50 minutes from Graz international airport. The hotel is in perfect condition. It has special modern equipment for people with disabilities. It ideally situated in quiet place, but only few minutes away from famous thermal spa in Austria.

Hotel rooms cover an area of approx. 5,000 м². There is a possibility of expansion (construction of outbuilding for additional rooms or therapeutic center) on its own territory.

It is possible to install pipeline with thermal water directly to the hotel. (The thermal water well is located just in approx. 1 km).

There is a great potential for investors with the positioning of the object on the market of medical tourism (healthcare hotel, a private clinic, etc.) or use as a base for implementing the project ”SENIOR LIVING/ RESIDENTIAL CARE“.
