The house is in Ulrihsberge, just 8 km from the apartment are the ski pistes with 20 km of slopes. Located next to the Nordic Centre city has 148 kilometers of pistes and is one of the most beautiful forest areas of the region. Upper Austria offers a wide range of leisure and sports from skiing and cross-country skiing, to water sports on nearby Lake Lipno (also called Moldaustausee) and Golfparka Böhmerwald.
Grocery stores, bakeries, two banks, gas stations, pharmacies are within walking distance. Five breweries, regional hospital and medical service center with a variety of specialists are far from home.
