A well-known developer starts a new project in the south of Graz.

Location and nearby infrastructure

Seiersberg-Pirka is, on the one hand, located very close to Graz, and on the other hand, offers all the advantages of ”living in the countryside. “ The municipality is located in the south of Graz and it is well connected to the city by a public transport (buses, trains). Also you can very quickly reach the Styrian capital by car using the Pirn Motorway (A9).

For sport and outdoor activities lovers, there are many picturesque hiking and cycling paths in the area, surrounded by nature. Here you can also shoot from the bow, dive in nearby swimming pools, practice football, tennis and winter sports, like, for example, skating or cross-country skiing.

The proximity to the grandiose shopping center, and the presence of many cafes and restaurants in the area are additional benefits.
