The four-story building of the hotel was reconstructed, modernized and expanded in 2009.
On the ground floor there is a restaurant with 100 seats, as well as a fireplace room, bar, wellness area with indoor pool, bio sauna, Finnish sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin and relaxation area, and a fitness room.
On the upper three floors there are 42 rooms (from 20 to 40 m²) designed for 100 guests.
In addition, the hotel has a 100-meter apartment that can be used for a new owner's residence or leased.
The hotel works 11 months a year with good loading in winter and in summer.
The hotel has a special room for storage of sports equipment.
In front of the building there is a car parking for 10 cars.
The hotel is located very close to the city center and the ski lift. Nearby there is a skibus stop.
The region of Zell am See is considered a year-round Austrian resort. It is located in the center of the popular skiing area, next to the Schmittenheim mountain (1,965 m) and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier (3,203 m). The total length of the trails is 138 km, 56 lifts.
