Hotel 1. ”The Family hotel“, category 3 stars, has 34 rooms and a restaurant for 115 seats. It is located on a plot of 2.8 hectares. The total area of the two buildings is approx. 1.700 sq. m. Next to the hotel there are indoor and outdoor tennis courts, as well as a large parking for cars. The restaurant is leased out.

All rooms are in excellent condition, equipped according to the class of the hotel 3 *, each room has a shower/ toilet and a south facing balcony.

There is a natural stream and there a small pond on the territory of this hotel. The developed territory of the hotel adjoins a land plot, suitable for building. This undeveloped site is ideal for extending an existing one, or for building a new hotel or other touristic project.

Hotel 2. The 4-star Wellness Hotel is located on the site of 7.380 m², has 31 double rooms and two suites. The area of the whole building is 1.684 sq. m. On the top floor is the manager's apartment (approx. 110 m²). On the ground floor there is a reception desk and a cozy restaurant for breakfasts. 

The wellness area (approx. 80 sq. m.) consists of a sauna, a shower room, a whirlpool, a relaxation room and a solarium. In summer, there is a swimming pool in the garden for guests.

The hotel was built in 1990 and was constantly updated and improved. Every five years, the owners invested in the building, so it is in very good condition.


It is discussed with local banks individually.

Typically the one can count on 40 – 50% of the purchase price at 2–3% per annum for 10 – 15 – 20 years.


The current owner and manager of the complex is welling to manage the hotel for the new owners within the next two to three years based n the rental contract.

During these years, new owners will receive about 5% of the investment amount and will be able to take over the business and learn from its founder.
