Retail premises at the lower levels of the complex under construction in one of the developing central districts of Vienna.
The project implies the construction of several multi-storey buildings, where apartment buildings and a large office building will be located.
The area of the premises is more than 3,500 m².
The construction will be completed in 2020.

Commercial premises are located on the ground and the first floors and are sold only in a package.
Projected yield: 5%
Long-term lease agreements are envisaged.
The rent for premises is 12 to 15 euros per 1 m² per month, depending on the tenant's.
Brokerage fee: 3% of the value of the object.
3.5% — real estate purchase tax;
1,1% — fee for cadastre entering;
Costs for drawing up a sales contract, due diligence costs.
The buildings are located in the business and residential part of the district, near two metro stations (about 5 minutes walk).
Around the complex there are several large office buildings, where not less than 6,000 people work.
