Financial performance

The owner only pays contributions to the repair fund.


The credit from Austrian banks up to 50% of the purchase price is possible and can usually lend up to a period of 25 years. Annualy property tax is included in utility bills and is payable over 10 years of lease by the tenant.

2) for accounting services approx. 1.500 euro/year
