Building for renovation
Description
Historic building has eight apartments. Four of them have been renovated in 2017 and are for rent. The other four need repair.
The first floor has an area of 110 m², there can be two apartments. On the second and third floor two flats (each of them can be accommodated four people). The fourth floor has an area of 180 m², there can be also two apartments.
Ceiling height is about five meters.
Location
There are not only shops within walking distance, but also architectural monuments.
