The villa is located on the land lot of 30 hectares, which consists of 4 hectares of parkland, with ancient olive trees, 13.5 hectares of vineyards registered with the DOCG and 12 hectares of arable land.
The Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG production varies between 30,000 and 80,000 bottles per year, depending on the season.
In addition to red wine, white wine and sparking Chardonnay are produced.
The olive grove of 80 trees produces an average of 150 liters of oil per year.
On the lower ground floor of the barn there is the wine cellar, fully equipped for the vinification, aging, labeling and storage of wine.
