Description
The property consists of 12 typical dammusi surraunded by a typical Mediterranean vegetation.
All dammusi are overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. One of the houses is used as a sauna with a jacuzzi.
6 hectares of the land lot are occupied by the vineyards. The cultivated grape variety is Zibibbo. It is used for production of the sweet wine Passito.

The vineyard is located on the Mediterranean coast on the island of Pantelleria and has a direct access to the sea.
The estate is situated 14 km away from the airport.
The airport and two habours provide an air connection with Palermo and a ferry service with Trapani. The island is connected by direct flights from Milan, Venice, Rome and Bologna from May to September.
The island of Pantelleria is famous by the growing technique of the grape variety Zibibbo, which was included in the list of the world cultural heritage of humanity of UNESCO.
