A comfortable boutique hotel has 24 double rooms, spacious and elegantly furnished, and consists of two adjacent buildings: the main one on two floors and the second on the ground floor, connected by a large garden. There is also a large terrace.
The main building dates back to the Middle Ages and was completely restored in accordance with its original style, as required by local authorities. A breakfast room with a kitchen, as well as a small guest kitchen and a bar complete this wonderful building.
The hotel operates 12 months a year, having the opportunity to provide services both in small organized groups (primary tour operators in the luxury sector), as well as direct and intermediary individual clients.
The hotel is located a few steps from the Rialto in Venice. The building is easily accessible by public transport: the marina for all directions and a crossover on a gondola are just 100 meters from the hotel, allowing you to reach the San Marco area in 15 minutes.
