Currently the six-storey building of 1890s is occupied by a 2-star hotel with 44 rooms, besides there are the private apartments that can be transformed in about 15 rooms.
On the ground floor there is a reception, an office and a hall. On the top floor there is a breakfast room, a staff room and a panoramic terrace overlooking the city.
