This facility was built following the natural course of the soil. It overlooks lovely farmlands, olive groves and the surrounding villages. This Relais is the perfect starting point for sightseeing and food and wine tours in Central Italy. It’s halfway between Perugia (26 km) and Todi (25 km), which can both be reached in half an hour. State and finishing The Relais, built about 20 years ago, is actually habitable, even if it requires ground consolidation interventions, through appropriate micropile systems. The apartments, finished with single-fired floor and with ceramic tiles for the bathroom claddings, require extraordinary maintenance, especially the external window fixtures, the bathrooms and the heating boilers. The main farmhouse was built keeping the taste and the charm of an ancient building. It is currently used as a reception of the accommodation activity, but alternatively it can be perfectly converted into a manor house.
