An experienced hotel operator, which manages 26 hotels, is ready to carry out the reconstruction and take over the management of the hotel with a 25-year contract with a guaranteed period of 15 years. A business plan for the project has been prepared — the cost of reconstruction will be 2.5 million euros and the tenant will bear these costs. The net yield will be 7% per annum, the annual income will be 297,600 euros.
