The complex is located on the ski resort Kolašin – only two hours away from Montenegrin sea coast. It ideally suits for tourists and active lifestyle followers both during winter (ski resort) and summer season (rafting, mountain biking, tracking, fishing, horse riding, etc.). Next to the complex there is famous spa hotel that works throughout a year. According to the conceptual design project ski chalets within the complex are connected by the ground level premises, where all hotel infrastructure facilities are placed, including reception, ski inventory rental, cafés, restaurants, and commercial premises. On the current stage we offer to buy five unfinished chalets with area of 320-450 m² each, located on the land plots of 400-500 m². Each villa is capable to have either 3 large two-bedroom apartments and living room or six smaller one-bedroom apartments. In total within five chalets it’s possible to have from 15 large family apartments up to 30 standard suits. The villas could be finished and set into use both on one by one basis as well as altogether at once. All preparation is finished for connection of additional transformer substation 110/0,4 KV on the complex territory · the villas are ready for internal planning and finishing The project of this club eco hotel is a part of more global project of eco village with 11 ski chalets, designed for winter and summer accommodation of active lifestyle followers and for those who prefers spending time in a wild nature, with peaceful sceneries and all-ecological surrounding. The village is located on the land that has an area of 5.749 m² in total, it includes 11 houses under construction with areas from 320 to 495 m² each, every house with its private adjacent land of 400 to 500 m². On the top of this the village has a common territory of 2.561 m². This territory is used for internal roads and pathways (around 1.500 m²), mini power station (49 m²), gas distribution facility (278 m²), and parking (907 m²).
