The total area of the plot is 16.346 m².
The construction of the extensions is scheduled for 2019 and will last two years. Thus, the traffic flow will be significantly improved — currently 75,000 cars per day, the highest one in Slovenia.
On the plot various commercial facilities can be built, such as offices, retail stores, hotels, etc.
For the surrounding area a comprehensive land development plan is available, which foresees a building density of 1.6 (approx. 26.200 м² gross area above ground). The height of the building is 17 floors (60 meters) above the ground and 2 underground floors.
Part of the land on the west-end side is rented for parking to neighbouring building users.
On the opposite side of the ring round the retailer already started to build one of the largest and most up-to-date shopping malls in Slovenia. Besides the food store another 90 retail units will be located in the centre. Total area of the shopping mall which will employ 700 employees will be approx. 32.000 м². For visitors 1.600 parking lots will be available, the mall shall be opened in 2019. Close to the subject property a hotel with 180 rooms in ten floors is planned to be constructed.
The existing buildings were built in 1950–1982.

Rent contracts are renew on yearly basis.

The object is located in the north-western part of Ljubljana. The distance from the facility to the city center is 3.5 km.
The plot is available for cars, trucks and public transport (buses, railways).
