The area of the property is 10,856 m².
The main building of the facility was built in 1974 and was for many years used for production of wood products.
In 2010 a great reconstruction in the northeastern part of the facility (cca. 5.000 m²) went under way in order to welcome a new production line early next year. The northwestern part was similarly reconstructed in 2012 (cca. 4000 m²).
In 2010–2012 most of the wiring and lighting were replaced. All the windows are new and concrete floor has been heavily reinforced.
А new appendix was constructed in 2011–2012 period.
The office area is linked to production lines in the main building. The same goes for the new, smaller warehouse, which is also part of the appendix and is linked to other areas. The whole area is accessible through an automatic gate and provides enough parking lots for all the employees’ and guests’ cars. Also 3–4 trailers can be loaded/unloaded at the same time.

Tenants are international companies with long-term lease contracts.
The brokerage fee is 2%.
Location and nearby infrastructure
The facility is located in a large business zone in the outskirts of Kamnik, 15 km away from Ljubljana circular ring road. Road access is provided via Trzin and Mengeš or via Domžale (A1 motorway). The location is also accessible by different means of transport – buses and commuter trains, which run regularly from and to Ljubljana city center. A bus and a train stop are located in a 200 m radius.
