Currently, the site is used as a parking for 50 places with an hourly fee (it is possible to build up to 30 places).
According to project, it is possible to construct a building (hotel, offices, apartments, shops) with an area of up to 3,000 m² with underground parking up to 3,000 m² and with all utility lines.
The price, including the construction of the building, is 3,500,000 €.
The annual income from the parking is € 100,000.
Portoroz is a city in the west of Slovenia and one of the largest resorts in the country. It is located 100 km southwest of the capital of Slovenia – Ljubljana. The population of the city is about 3 thousand people.
Portoroz is interesting because practically all diseases are treated here – from gastrointestinal disorders to bronchial asthma. The resort is located on the Adriatic coast, and most of the procedures are carried out using sea water. There are dozens of relatively inexpensive and comfortable SPA hotels in the city.
