The absolute annual income is 1,039,500 CHF/ 953,539 €.

The lease agreement with the hotel chain is valid for 15 years with extension options of 2x5 years.
The property is located between two lakes, on the river bank and in the center of the Bernese Alps. The population of the commune is more than 5 thousand people.
This is a popular place among tourists, surrounded by mountains and glaciers, offering plenty of places to visit, both within the town itself as well as offering a great variety of day trips.
