- four-story SPA building with a total area of 2,881 m², including 8 apartments located on the upper floors, a swimming pool, a gym, a sauna and massage cabins
- building with 16 apartments with a total area of 1,891 m² coming in 2020
The apartment owners at residences enjoy all the advantages of the hotel, with full access to its signature amenities: restaurant, lively lobby bar, roof top cocktail bar offering fantastic views of the surrounding area, spa zone, private parking and ski room.
Temporary restrictions on apartment usage for owners of maximum 8 weeks per year, including 3 weeks in high season. For the rest of the year, apartments are available for rent as hotel rooms, which gives the owner a potential income from apartment rental throughout the year.
Residences are exempted from the terms of the Lex Koller Act. This gives to the international buyers unrestricted opportunity to acquire the property.
The yield can be 5–7% per annum, depending on the type of apartment.
By participating in the rental program offered by the hotel the owner receives 60% of of the gross rental revenue minus 15% of a management fee.
There is a possibility of bank financing in the amount of 50% of the cost.
