Detached, all-year-round house with the area of 250 square metres, with a garden, separate section with a large barbecue and a summer dining room. The house is located 60 metres from the sea in a small summer town of Sevid (6,5 km from the main road). Sevid is located about 50 km north of Split (there is an international airport) and 25 km north of Trogir, in central Dalmatia. Other known places include: a dozen km further to the north is Primosten, and 40 km to the north — Sibenik. In 2011 the house was completely rebuilt and modernized. The walls are completely insulated with a stone facing placed from outside. The house consists of three buildings: the main house, a small detached house, which serves as one of three guest rooms, and a garage. On the ground floor there is a living room with dining space and a kitchen, a WC for guests and a large terrace, which has additional dining space and a modern jacuzzi for 6 persons. On the first floor there is a large bedroom with a spacious wardrobe and a bathroom, separate WC and a lounge. Floor −1 (the house is located on a hillside) contains three guest rooms with bathrooms. The whole house, according to the architect's design, is furnished with modern furniture and finished with larch and oak wood as well as duravit and hans grohe accessories.
