Adjacent to the beach is the Boat House where guests can prepare light snacks, make coffee and other refreshing drinks only steps away from your sun lounger. Next to the Boat House is a shaded gazebo area ideal for relaxing with a drink or a book in your hand. The property is ideal as an extended family holiday home. The property is spread over three floors which have outside access as is traditional in this area. The property is accessed from the road above with a 100 meter long wall offering complete privacy with access to the large parking area suitable for up to 8 cars. Steps lead down to the topmost and largest floor comprising large panoramic terrace with views across the bay. The entrance leads to a large open plan living room, dining area and kitchen. Stairs lead up to a mezzanine area overlooking the main portion of the living room. The boat house has it's own slip down into the sea to allow the storage of all those water toys a property like this cries out for. Above the boat houses is an additional floor with a summer kitchen including fridge for those cool drinks in the sun as well as an external terrace seating area. The beach area has a shaded section to one side with steps down into a shallow area of the sea ideal for young children and wary swimmers. The main area of the beach to the other side has deep water allowing for vessels of considerable size to be moored directly from the beach (the largest yacht we have had visit was a 50m sailing yacht). The owners have placed dead moorings in the sea in front and thus up to 5 vessels can be moored directly in front of the property. In addition it is important to note that the plot size is very large and local building regulations allow for the current site to be re-developed if the new owner would so wish. To illustrate this we have included the last two pictures on the slideshow which are of a proposed project the current owners considered. This project almost doubled the internal area of the Villa and added a swimming pool and gym area to the side. These plans can be made available to the potential buyer on request.
