The villa is located only about 150m from the waterfront and it has fabulous sea views. The building is brand new.
The small harbor and the promenade along the coastline are the center of the village. This is where the most restaurants, cafés and small shops are.
Postira is located on the north side of Brac, only 8km from the ferry port in Supetar. This is a quiet, traditional fishing village on the north side of the island. The old part of the town has very well resisted the influences of modern times, the narrow streets are paved with stone and pebbles and the beautiful old stone houses and buildings have all been nicely preserved due to which Postira has maintained its authentic, traditional look.
Brac is a very popular tourist destination and the island is very well connected to the mainland with ferry and catamaran lines to and from Split on an hourly basis. The island is known for its famous Zlatni Rat beach and numerous beautiful picturesque towns, crystal-clear sea, hidden bays and beaches.
