An ancient, traditional stone house in the center of the beautiful small town of Jelsa, the island of Hvar, 50 meters from the sea, the beach and the waterfront. In the territory, there is a garden and a terrace of 10 m² on the second floor.
The house is located in a row of stone houses on a narrow street in the old city center. There are several parking spaces 100 meters from the house.
The house consists of four levels, on the first floor there is a covered area of 13 m², which can be used as a storage space.
On the second floor, there is a living room of 15 m², a bedroom for guests of 10 m² and a spacious bathroom of 9 m², on the third floor there is an open plan living room of 20 m², a dining room and a kitchen of 10 m².
On the top floor, there is the main bedroom of 14 m² with a private bathroom of 6 m².
The 600-year-old house is a traditional Dalmatian stone house, from the side it retained all its authentic functions, and inside it was completely renovated to modern standards, with all the necessary household appliances, ceiling fans and in the guest bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

Jelsa is a picturesque town in the central part of the island of Hvar, about 25 km from the town of Hvar and 10 km south of Stari Grad. The city is shrouded in a true Dalmatian atmosphere with stone houses, palm trees, narrow cobbled streets, a beautiful fishing harbor and a promenade along the sea.
The city is surrounded by the highest mountain of Hvar, with beautiful pine forests, lavender fields, olive groves and vineyards on the hillsides. The island of Hvar is known for its natural beauty, a wealth of cultural and historical attractions and plenty of sunlight from all the Croatian islands.
