A stone villa with a sea view was built in 1937 and needs a complete renovation. The size is 48 m² of living space, 200 m² outside and the garden area of 663 m². The urban development plan for this area allows you to add one more floor, as well as a basement that will expand the facility to 144 m².
The house has electricity and telephone, but the water supply system has not yet reached this part of the island. As the land is relatively large, the owners planned to build a water tank and a septic tank in the garden behind the house.
Sixteen steps lead from the house to a small pebbly beach. The house is located in Solotis, one of the bogs of Bogomolja on the eastern side of the island of Hvar.
Solotisa — the last bay, accessible on the local road, in which there are only four houses. Bogomolye is 35 minutes from Jelsa and 15 minutes drive from Sucuraj, which has a very frequent ferry service to the mainland.
