Once inhabited since the time of the ancient Illyrians, Brac is today one of the most populated Croatian islands, and also a favorite holiday destination. On the island, there are many charming villages on the coast and the sea, where there are full of wonderful stone houses, narrow streets, beautiful embankments and old churches.
Donji Humac is located less than 8 km from the sea and the main ferry port to Supetar, just 2 km from Nerezitsa, 6 km from Scrip and 14 km from Milna (in the west) and Postira (southeast).
