A stone villa is an old baroque palace located in the heart of Omis, near the Cetina river and the sea. In the territory, there is a garden of 32 m².
The house needs complete reconstruction and has good potential. This villa was built in the early 18th century and is protected by the heritage of the Republic of Croatia, which means that it needs to be renovated in accordance with very strict rules.
