A charming traditional stone cottage with a parking has three levels with a total area of 90 m². It is in good condition and is ready for occupancy, but perhaps it is worth renovating furniture and appliances.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen and a dining area, a living room, a storage room and a bathroom with a bath. The first floor consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds) and another bathroom with a bath. On the second floor there are three more bedrooms, one small and two with double beds. Four large bedrooms of 12 m² each, and the fifth — 6 m².
Location and nearby infrastructure
The house is located in the center of the lovely village of Sutivan on the north side of Brac, in close proximity to the charming little harbor, the waterfront and all amenities.
An additional advantage is that the main ferry port in Supetar is only 8 kilometers away, so even Split, the second largest city in Croatia, is only a few minutes by ferry.
Nearby there are several other beautiful cities, such as Mirka, Milna, Splitska and Postira, which are ideal for daily trips with friends and family, exploring the coastline and countryside, and also for enjoying excellent wine and food at local restaurants.
