This elegant stone beauty located in a picturesque bay on the island of Brač offers an inspiring view of the crystal clear sea and enjoyment of the enchanting island ambiance that won’t leave you indifferent. The island of Brač is the largest Dalmatian island and represents a fascinating combination of history, unspoiled nature, and people who are known for their warm hospitality and kindness.

The stone exterior of the villa is a typical example of the classic refinement of authentic materials from the island of Brač and fits perfectly into the picturesque landscape of Bobovišće. The property is located on a plot of 770 m². It has a beautiful terrace ideal for soaking up the autochthonous Mediterranean ambiance and the open sea view that takes your breath away. The property also has a private boat deck, and there is also the possibility of constructing a swimming pool to further enhance the villa’s elegant courtyard.

The dominant seafront position of the villa and a magnificent sea view make this elegant property one of the most exclusive holiday residences on the island of Brač. At the same time, the beautiful courtyard area with a spacious terrace offers a romantic environment for the utmost relaxation, escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, and enjoyment of impressive architecture and unspoiled nature with the proximity of all the necessary amenities.

Interior

The villa’s interior stretches over three floors and covers a total area of 400 m². The idyllic blend of first-class interior equipment and carefully selected stylish elements represent the perfect environment for an unforgettable vacation with family or friends. The spacious living room opens up to the splendid terrace area offering constant contact with outdoor facilities and inviting you to enjoy this magical location steps away from the pristine Adriatic. The villa is equipped with a modern kitchen and a large dining area. The villa comprises five bedrooms with terraces and balconies, each with a beautiful sea view and a private bathroom. In a separate part of the villa is a kitchen and a bedroom, an ideal space for all who want privacy.

Location and nearby infrastructure

The island of Brač is well connected to the mainland throughout the year, and in addition to regular ferry and catamaran lines, there is also a small airport on the island; therefore, it is an ideal destination for tourists or second-home buyers who would like to enjoy the island all year round.

FAQs
  • Can I get a mortgage abroad?

It depends on the country. For example, German banks willingly offer mortgages to foreigners at 1.5-2 % per annum with LTV up to 70%. Spain offers less favourable terms: the minimum rate for foreigners is 2.5% per annum. The situation is different in Greece: although the law does not prohibit banks from issuing loans, in practice, Greek banks don’t issue loans to local nor foreign property buyers. You can learn about the mortgage terms in your preferred country by contacting Tranio’s local agents.

  • How does the purchase procedure work?

The purchase procedure depends on the country where you buy property. Generally, after choosing a property you need to sign a preliminary agreement with the seller and carry out a due diligence of the property by checking the relevant documents and the property's technical condition. After that, all parties sign the sales agreement and the notary registers the transaction. As a rule, the purchase registration costs amount to approximately 10% of the property price.

  • Can a residence permit be obtained by buying property?

In some countries it is possible. Residence-for-property purchase programmes are known as Golden Visas programmes. Greece, Spain and Latvia offer the most popular Golden Visas in Europe. The Greek residence permit is the cheapest and can be obtained by buying a property worth at least €250,000, while organising all of the documents costs about €19,000. Certain countries offer citizenship to property buyers — for example, an investor can get their hands on a Turkey passport by buying a property worth at least $400,000.

  • How does Tranio make money if your service is free for the clients?

We share the commission, which the buyer or the seller (depending on the country) pays to our partners — foreign real estate agencies. The price of this service is the same as if you contacted the agency directly — this is an important condition and applies to all of our partnership agreements.

  • Who guarantees the transaction security?

The transaction security is guaranteed by the notary who draws up the sales agreement and checks the information on the previous and current owners of the property, any outstanding restrictions, mortgage, and third-party encumbrances. Tranio is not responsible for the parties involved in the transaction.
