Pyla is a village in the territory of Larnaka County. This is one of the four villages located in the Green Line — the UN buffer zone between the Greek and Turkish parts of the island.
The village is remarkable for being the only one on the island, where Greek Cypriots and Turkish Cypriots live side by side. In the village there are three Orthodox churches and one mosque. Near the village there is the archaeological monument of Pila-Kokkino Krems.
The residential complex is located between the two popular villages of Pyla and Oroklini, offering maximum luxury and comfort, as well as a fantastic view of the mountains and the sea.
The complex is located a few kilometers north-east of Larnaca, 15 minutes from Larnaca International Airport, 10 minutes from the city center and only a few minutes drive from the beautiful sandy Dhekelia road, 5 minutes drive from the beach, cafes, restaurants and bars. It is also within easy access to the highway linking all the major cities in Cyprus.
