What more can one ask for when purchasing a property, as this can be considered as the perfect choice! Combining its beautiful and serene location, its breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding area, this property is like being in a personal heaven. On an uphill position overlooking the stunning views, this beautiful bungalow has a covered area of 250 square meters built on a majestic plot of 1,745 square meters! It has a very close proximity to the beach as well as to the center of Peyia village filled with all amenities one can think of. On entering the Bungalow's arched gate ”decorated“ with a Bougainvillea, there is a paved pathway to the arched property entrance with green hedges and well-maintained grounds on either side. On entering the property there is a long hall way corridor, which oozes a sense of excitement for what one will see in the property's areas. As soon as you step into the property there is a triangular skylight which enhances the corridor with plentiful natural light even on the cloudiest days of the winter. Just a few steps forward on the left you will enter the spacious living and dining room area combined beautifully with the kitchen area. With the rooms' high ceilings and angles, tastefully furnished with impressive light fittings and curtains and with a built-in fireplace, this gives away a feeling of luxury and splendor. The spacious kitchen area on the other side is fitted with stainless steel electrical appliances with white cabinets and dark granite worktops ending in an angular shape which gives the chance to use the counter top as a breakfast bar. Further on into the property there is a utility room with folding patio doors giving access to the garden, and four double bedrooms all with en-suite facilities and one of the bedrooms (currently used as a nursery) has an expensive DAIKIN temperature system. The master bedroom's en-suite also has a bathtub and a guest washroom is available in the Bungalow. Including in the property there is a gym room with all necessary equipment. Externally, the grounds are paved and tiled with landscaped gardens and well-kept shrubs and bushes. Metal gates and cast stone balustrades compliment the external surroundings of the Bungalow. Additionally, there is a covered built-in BBQ area by the pool, available covered parking for 3 cars and awnings all round the patio areas. A secluded chlidren's garden and play area is also available. What is noteworthy to state about the Bungalow is its independent electricity generator, which saves on the electricity bills and that the kidney shaped pool not only is fenced around for child safety but it also runs on sea water. Additional features include a closet room, gas central heating and solar panels. This property is definitely a must view property and has Title Deeds!

How to buy property with Tranio

Send us an enquiry with an approximate description of the property or investment project you’re interested in.

      Meeting the partners

After clarifying your enquiry, we will introduce you to our partners and/or local agents.

      Offer selection

We will help you to select suitable options. Tranio does not charge a commission for this — the property price remains the same as if you contacted our partner directly.

      Viewing tour

You then view the property or properties you have chosen. Our partners or agents from Tranio's European offices will meet you in situ.

      Transaction closure

Having chosen the best property, you will sign the sales or investment agreement (for development).

      • Can I get a mortgage abroad?

It depends on the country. For example, German banks willingly offer mortgages to foreigners at 1.5-2 % per annum with LTV up to 70%. Spain offers less favourable terms: the minimum rate for foreigners is 2.5% per annum. The situation is different in Greece: although the law does not prohibit banks from issuing loans, in practice, Greek banks don’t issue loans to local nor foreign property buyers. You can learn about the mortgage terms in your preferred country by contacting Tranio’s local agents.

      • How does the purchase procedure work?

The purchase procedure depends on the country where you buy property. Generally, after choosing a property you need to sign a preliminary agreement with the seller and carry out a due diligence of the property by checking the relevant documents and the property's technical condition. After that, all parties sign the sales agreement and the notary registers the transaction. As a rule, the purchase registration costs amount to approximately 10% of the property price.

      • Can a residence permit be obtained by buying property?

In some countries it is possible. Residence-for-property purchase programmes are known as Golden Visas programmes. Greece, Spain, Latvia, and Portugal offer the most popular Golden Visas in Europe. The Greek residence permit is the cheapest and can be obtained by buying a property worth at least €250,000, while organising all of the documents costs about €19,000. Certain countries offer citizenship to property buyers — for example, an investor can get their hands on a Cypriot passport by buying a property worth at least €2M.

      • How does Tranio make money if your service is free for the clients?

We share the commission, which the buyer or the seller (depending on the country) pays to our partners — foreign real estate agencies. The price of this service is the same as if you contacted the agency directly — this is an important condition and applies to all of our partnership agreements.

      • Who guarantees the transaction security?

The transaction security is guaranteed by the notary who draws up the sales agreement and checks the information on the previous and current owners of the property, any outstanding restrictions, mortgage, and third-party encumbrances. Tranio is not responsible for the parties involved in the transaction.
