The house is approached through the front gate. Once through the gate, the front door is reached after passing under an attractive stone finished archway. Then, through the front door we come to the very large open plan lounge/ diner/ kitchen area. In the corner of the lounge is a permanent electric fire convector and another feature of the lounge is the stone finished pillars which were the idea of the current owners. To the right of the lounge is the generously sized dining area and to the rear of the property is the kitchen. The sliding doors lead from the kitchen to the secluded patio area. A guest washing room completes the rooms on the ground floor. A sweeping staircase leads to the first floor and it on the this floor that the 3 bedrooms can be found. Each is a double bedroom and each has its own characteristics. The large master bedroom has plenty of fitted wardrobe space, fly screens and sliding doors lead to the south facing veranda. From this veranda, not only is there a view of the mountains but also views to the sparkling Mediterranean sea. The second bathroom, on the other side of the house again has fitted wardrobes and sliding door to the patio, but this one boasts outstanding views over the surrounding countryside. The third bedroom, as in the case of the master, offers views to the Mediterranean and as in the case of the other two, it is very generously sized. The family sized bath/shower room completes the rooms on this floor. One very unusual feature of this attractively priced property is the attic. Not just an attic for storing and forgetting old and disused items, but a room big enough to fit a single bed and can be used as a fourth bedroom. The house itself is situated in the middle of the plot with an easy maintenance garden to the front and rear and a covered patio area to the right of the property and a covered car port to the left.
