A villa still retaining its period charm was built in 1930s by the architect Vladimír Líman as a summer residence for an industrialist and the founder of the Orion factory. During the latest renovation in 1996 the cellar was transformed into a comfortable lounge area with a sauna. Entering the territory by a wide driveway you are carried to the age of the First Czechoslovak Republic immediately. The villa features a garden of 4,000 m² with 120-year-old beech trees, conifers and shrubs as well as a separate house of 60 m² for guests or staff that is in the front part of the garden.
On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a kitchenette and a dining area.
The first floor consists of four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
There is also an attic with a view of the garden.
