An estate consisting of six buildings that originally belonged to two different owners is surrounded by a plot of 3,8 hectares. Apple orchards, green meadows and fertile fields make this area a unique place to live or to build a resort.
The main completely reconstructed part of the estate is a residential building with a wellness area and a courtyard fenced with massive stone walls and featuring its own water supply from several wells. An opposite medieval building of the 15th century was partially renovated. In the territory you also find an elementary school which has undergone partial renovation too and can be used as a bed-and-breakfast, and two more ancient buildings in need of renovation.
The residential building includes a stylish kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, a study and a cellar. On the upper floor there are two large bedrooms with bathrooms.

The property is located in the small village of Neprobylice near the town of Panenský Týnec, not far from the royal town of Slaný.
