The floor is made of well-kept oak parquet. In the kitchen, which is equipped with a Sykora line with appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, hood, stove), there is also a practical pantry. A small window in the skylight ensures perfect ventilation. The bathroom with a corner bath is large enough to accommodate a washing machine. The toilet is separate. The house is in very good condition, there was a general reconstruction of the roof, risers, etc. The location in the very center of Prague guarantees great civic amenities and excellent transport accessibility. Tram stop about 80m, Metro B — 5 minutes walk. Operating costs are extremely low. The fees are about 2200 CZK (calculated for three people) plus a deposit for electricity and gas. In addition, a share of the lease of non-residential premises is paid once a year. This amount will cover the costs for the whole one month (including energy advances), which further reduces the average monthly costs. Very suitable as an investment. I really recommend!
