We would like to offer you a sunny apartment with a layout of 4 + kk, 87.4 m² large with two balconies with a total size of 16.3 m², in a new project just 15 minutes from Zličín. The apartment will be situated on the 3rd floor of a new brick building with an elevator in a very nice location, right next to the center of Unhošť. It will consist of an entrance hall with storage space, a bathroom with bath and separate toilet, 3 bedrooms, a bedroom with access to a balcony and a bright living room with kitchenette and access to the 2nd balcony. Parking space to buy for 180,000, — and a free cellar. Floating wooden floors in the living rooms and tiles in the bathroom and on the terrace will be used as floor coverings. Security entrance door with fire resistance. Plastic windows, complete sanitary ware in the bathroom. Total preparation for the kitchen. Each owner can complete the unit according to their own ideas and needs. The apartment building excels in modern architecture and strategic location in the city center and, in accordance with modern living, also includes a large number of parking spaces. It is a location with excellent accessibility, only 30 minutes directly to the center of Prague, 20 minutes from Vaclav Havel Airport, 15 minutes to OC Zlicin. You can drive to the D6 motorway in 10 minutes. The bus station is at the house. In the city center, everything is needed for a full life: supermarkets, kindergartens, schools and high school, pharmacy, library, restaurants, cafes, etc. In the vicinity of the apartment building is a natural pearl of Central Bohemia — protected landscape area Křivoklátsko. This area is located in the green of the forest, there are many picturesque rivers and streams, the main reservoir is the river Berounka. During the day there are many monuments of nature and culture, such as castles Křivoklát and Zbiroh, waterfalls Skryjské waterfalls and more. Furthermore, several equestrian farms designed for recreational activities. You will also find sports activities in the form of a sports center in the area of Vila Botanika, where you can play tennis, football, golf or horseback riding. Commissioning is planned for the end of 2021. The last few free units are still available. I warmly recommend.

      FAQs

      • Can I get a mortgage abroad?

It depends on the country. For example, German banks willingly offer mortgages to foreigners at 1.5-2 % per annum with LTV up to 70%. Spain offers less favourable terms: the minimum rate for foreigners is 2.5% per annum. The situation is different in Greece: although the law does not prohibit banks from issuing loans, in practice, Greek banks don’t issue loans to local nor foreign property buyers. You can learn about the mortgage terms in your preferred country by contacting Tranio’s local agents.

      • How does the purchase procedure work?

The purchase procedure depends on the country where you buy property. Generally, after choosing a property you need to sign a preliminary agreement with the seller and carry out a due diligence of the property by checking the relevant documents and the property's technical condition. After that, all parties sign the sales agreement and the notary registers the transaction. As a rule, the purchase registration costs amount to approximately 10% of the property price.

      • Can a residence permit be obtained by buying property?

In some countries it is possible. Residence-for-property purchase programmes are known as Golden Visas programmes. Greece, Spain, Latvia, and Portugal offer the most popular Golden Visas in Europe. The Greek residence permit is the cheapest and can be obtained by buying a property worth at least €250,000, while organising all of the documents costs about €19,000. Certain countries offer citizenship to property buyers — for example, an investor can get their hands on a Cypriot passport by buying a property worth at least €2M.

      • How does Tranio make money if your service is free for the clients?

We share the commission, which the buyer or the seller (depending on the country) pays to our partners — foreign real estate agencies. The price of this service is the same as if you contacted the agency directly — this is an important condition and applies to all of our partnership agreements.

      • Who guarantees the transaction security?

The transaction security is guaranteed by the notary who draws up the sales agreement and checks the information on the previous and current owners of the property, any outstanding restrictions, mortgage, and third-party encumbrances. Tranio is not responsible for the parties involved in the transaction.
