We offer a completely renovated cottage in the beautiful area of Řehenice near Pyšel, a 25-minute drive from Prague. The cottage has 50 m² of usable area available 3+1 and has two floors. You can also use the 11 m² technical room on the ground floor. The land under the cottage and around it has 800 m², it is leased for an indefinite period from private owners. Everything is contractually supported according to ”§ 19 of the Forestry Act (289/1995 Coll.)“. The cottage is properly registered in the land register, has its own number and cannot be removed. A cottage is more of a burden to the landowner than the other way around. The cottage has a completely new tin roof, which is completely maintenance-free, and the attic is insulated with mineral wool (20 cm), which protects the living rooms from heat leakage. The facade of the house underwent an overall complete renovation. The upper floor is covered with mineral wool (10 cm) with a ventilated gap and new floorboards. And another room is the bedroom, which can fit a double bed and storage space. New, three-phase (3x25A) electricity is completely installed in the cottage — all in copper, and a revision is made for it. The cottage is equipped with wireless internet and a camera system that will take care of your safety even during your absence. The cottage is heated by two fireplaces, which heat up the entire building beautifully. It is also possible to connect oil-fired electric heaters with a timer linked to your mobile phone and you can turn them on remotely and you will have lovely warmth before you arrive. The own well provides enough water and the 120l boiler heats it up, which is nicely enough for a family of four. There is a large woodshed outside, where you can store wood for the whole winter. Nearby there is a golf club, restaurants, playgrounds, Konopiště castle, castle ruins, castle in Týnec nad Sázavou, Šibeniční vrch ski area, Mandava Observatory. Possibility of year-round living.
