I ’m selling a recreation center in South-Estonia in a place with beautiful scenery. We are located in about 600 meters from Estonian most attractive and most visited place- Taevaskoda. Location from Taru is 45 km, from Põlva is 8 km and from is Pihkva 112 km.
The complex includes the main house with area around 350 square meters, which consists of accommodation for 43 persons in variable themed rooms. It also includes seminar room for 40 people, open kitchen with dining room, toilets and shower, storage room and office.
In separately located serving house are sauna, showers, restroom and toilet. Also there are toilets and showers for camping site visitors, outdoor kitchen and dump site for chemical toilets. Shelter can accommodate about 40 people.
Camping site for caravans and campers are provided with places for electricity. Also there are places with clean water. Roads and parking places for caravans are hard covered. The establishment owns ACSI certificate.
On the territory of recreation center is a pond with sandy beach. On the shore of the pond is unusual igloo sauna. There is also volleyball field, playground for kids (swings, trampolines), barbecue places, three parking lots, economy building.
We get our water supplies from two artesian wells. At the main house we use central heating which can be heated by woods or coal and in addition there are electrical radiators in every room. In seminar room and dining room there are air heating pumps. The territory of the recreation center is enclosed with a fence and it is lighted. The hole territory is 26,000 square meters.
