It is particularly renowned for the Brasucade Fete, offering tourists the opportunity to dance, eat and drink free wine provided by the local growers every Friday throughout the summer months.

Within just half-an-hour's drive is the beautiful Languedoc coastline encompassing numerous blue-flag sandy beaches, a famous Water Park in Cap d'Agde, endless opportunities to practise windsurfing, scuba diving and other water sports. Why not visit the lake of Etang-de-Thau by boat, with its oyster and mussel beds and pink flamingos. Pezenas is the nearest town to Villa Jordanne and is a real festival town, with so much going on, including a very famous Saturday market. Further afield are the splendid historical towns of Montpellier, Sete, Carcassonne and Aigues Mortes all well worth visiting if you want to experience the real feel of the Languedoc-Roussillon.
