Just a few minutes from the Croisette promenade with its beaches there is a luxurious estate, built in 1872 by Count de Fayer. The palace was for a time in the possession of the Chartres Duke. In 1981, knowledge was completely reconstructed.
In addition to the main house, additional buildings are located on the estate grounds. A flat land area of more than 15,000 m² was turned into a magnificent park with centuries-old trees and a pool of 14x7 m. Future owners will be presented with a variety of opportunities for the reconstruction of the estate, including the creation of a wellness area with a hammam and fitness room, and the construction of a luxurious summer pavilion swimming pool.
The total area of the buildings is about 1,000 m², the main palace has approximately 700 m² of living space distributed over three levels with high ceilings, terraces and eight bedrooms.
